Sell at UC EagleCon in Charleston, WV

One room, one day, a general audience walking past your table all afternoon. Collectibles dealers, game stores, artists, and student exhibitors are all welcome to apply.

Standard table

Double table

Two 6 ft tables, four chairs, corner placement where available

For dealers bringing display cases or a demo setup that needs room to stand around.

Student and artist table

Half table, one chair

Reduced rate for currently enrolled students and independent artists selling their own work.

Needs confirming before this page goes live Table pricing for all three tiers, total table count, application deadline, payment method, and whether tables include electricity. Every number above is a placeholder and reads as one on purpose.

Setup and teardown

Tables stay staffed until 5:00 PM. Packing up early empties the room while people are still watching the awards, so it is not permitted.

What may and may not be sold

Welcome: trading cards, board games, retro and current console games in their legitimate retail form, collectibles, models, dice, original art, prints, apparel, and handmade goods.

Not permitted: unlicensed copies of games or media of any kind, modified consoles or storage devices loaded with game files, weapons including replicas and airsoft, food and drink, vape and tobacco products, anything requiring an age check, and any product using University of Charleston marks without written permission.

This is a university event with a general audience that includes children. Keep table displays suitable for all ages. The organizers may ask for an item to be removed from a table, and that decision is final for the day.

Apply for a table

Applications close [CONFIRM DATE], or earlier if tables fill. Applying does not reserve a table until you are confirmed by email.

A sentence or two is plenty. Be specific about categories.
